- Confirm rollout order, owner, rollback path, and post-release checks.
- Prepare concise user-facing or maintainer-facing notes where behavior changes.
Output
Return a clear Ready, Ready with conditions, or Not ready decision followed by evidence, open risks, rollout, rollback, monitoring, and communication.
